We are currently seeking a Pressure Vessel Inspector in the following regions:

Midwest USA
West Coast USA
Northeast USA (Batavia,NY , Teterboro,NJ)

The ideal candidate MUST have a minimum of 5 yrs. experience and solid working knowledge of:

Pressure Vessels

ASME Section VIII Div 1-Construction of Pressure Vessels
ASME Section V-Nondestructive Examination and ASME Section IX-Welding & Brazing
Material Codes (ASTM / ASME Sections II-A/B/C)
AWS CWI/ CSWIP and previous experience as Pressure Vessel fabricator and/or QC is a plus


AWS Certified Welding Inspector and previous experience as a shop fabricator and/or QC is a plus
Working knowledge of:

ASME Sections I, II (A,B,C), V, VIII, and IX, B31.1, B31.3, B16.9, B16.5, B46.1, B16.47
MSS SP-75, AWS D1.1, NACE MR-0175, API 660, 661, 936 (Refractory)
ASTM A123 (Galvanizing) and Coatings

With regards to a boiler package: working knowledge of skid packages, auxiliary electrical systems, valves, instrumentation, and API 541, 611, 614, 615, and 677 is a plus

Basic ability to read prints/drawings/datasheets/specifications with the ability to enforce requirements related to the specific commodity
Basic understanding of the fabrication and inspection techniques typically used for the commodities to be inspected/audited
Possess a working knowledge of the industry codes and standards applicable to the commodities to be inspected/audited
